Therapy to address issues around communication, relational conflict, disconnection, or patterns you just can’t seem to break. I welcome all kinds of relational dynamics, whether you’re queer/straight, monogamous/non-monogamous, established partners or trying something new.

Couples therapy is a form of counselling that helps partners navigate relationship challenges with the support of a trained therapist. It differs slightly from individual therapy in that the relationship itself is the client. The role of the therapist is to assess what is happening in the relationship, and offer reflections on relational dynamics that make it possible for you to choose to do things differently.

There is, unfortunately, no way to tell this at the outset, but couples therapy is a good place to start.
Together, you can learn to address: communication difficulties, recurring arguments, intimacy concerns, trust issues, life transitions, parenting challenges, and other relationship stressors. What you do with this information outside of the therapy room will be up to you.
